Here I am wondering if my blog has been too koreanized lately. Apparently yes, after my trip to Korea, lol. I mean I started writing about places in Korea I visited, Korean singers, and now, Korean make-up. I hope y'all don't mind, since well... I actually enjoy talking about it. At least now when I'm talking about make up more people can relate, I hope?
So here's my little collection of Korean make up, plus my lovely maybelline baby lips lip balm. I guess it's safe to say that one of the reasons I bought them was the packaging, I mean... look at how cute they are!! (゚Д ゚ )
I always love their packaging, I mean, it's the little thing but sure make big difference. Also, I love how Korean products are always a little goes a looooooooooooong way. They're small, cute, adorable, but surprisingly last a long long long time.
Plus, they make me feel good and prettier (just like any other make up does, actually). The cute packaging makes me remember to wear them, you see... Usually I'm quite lazy, but since these little babies came, I've never skipped my beauty rituals~
I wonder if I should do a review about them, but then again I am inexperienced in that area (plus I'm too shy to show you my face...) ♪~( ̄ε ̄;) but you can always ask me if you want to know more about them ^O^
Tony Moly Tomatox Brightening Mask
This is like the cutest mask I've ever had *sobs* and it actually does brighten my face. I didn't mean it as whitening, because it doesn't (I think) but it makes my face looks fresher and brighter. It came with a little spatula but I lost it somewhere... (_ _")
Tony Moly Tangerine Hand Cream
Ever had the same problem with me? Dry hands and too lazy to look for your hand body lotion because it's somewhere in your room but you're not sure where?
This adorable little hand cream helps me a lot to go through that problem. I have this on my table near my laptop so I can reach it whenever I want. Plus it smells sooooo good, like a real orange/tangerine, which is refreshing.
Holika Holika Love Fantasy Blush
Isn't this blush so lovely? I love the packaging (always). It's on a little tin with sweet drawings on its lid and when I open it I met a cute little puff with adorable ribbon and then I was in for more surprise because apparently even the blush is so adorable with three different shades on it and it comes in a heart pattern.
Isn't little touch like this make it precious?
Isn't little touch like this make it precious?
Tony Moly Kiss Kiss Lip Scrub
What is a lip scrub, you ask? Well, it's a scrub for your lips. LOL. Okay, hmm... yeah, it's something to help you get rid of the dead cells on your lips, and you can say goodbye to your dry chapped lips literally after one use of this! This thing is just that good. It's small, but sure last a long time, because you only use it on your lips and it won't be that much and you only need to use this when you feel like your lips need a scrub. I usually wear it once a week.
The scrub doesn't hurt your lips, but it is effective enough to remove all the dead cells and ugliness off your lips. And once again, isn't the packaging, that pink plumpy lip is a winner? Kyaaah~ \(*O*)/
Okay, that's it for today. I am new on this reviewing thing so I guess I suck big time, haha... but at least the pretty packaging makes up for it?

Tiaraaa your layout is super cute!!!!!! :D
ReplyDeleteWe also have Tony Moly here! And lots of other Korean makeup brands too like Etude House and Skin Food. But seriously I think aside from a 3-pc set of nail polish and nail polish remover from Etude House I haven't bought anything from these brands yet. I don't know why, maybe because they're all sooo cute that I can't decide what to buy, that I end up not buying anything at all?? Haha what a problem, right? Good luck on your collection, Tiara! I hope you find lots more to add to it!
that's my problem too ;A; hahahah... but I never really buy them from the counters here because it's soooo expensive, the ones I didn't buy in Korea, I bought from ebay, it's FAR cheaper there... x) and thanks for the good luck, lol

DeleteI totally feel you on loving cute packaging. I've wanted that baby lips lip balm for so long, cos the packaging is attractive, BUT, I like the ingredients in burt's bees balm better XD. You should totally do reviews, I liked reading your descriptions and I don't even really wear makeup XD. Plus, I totally want to find a good lip scrub now --I always wondered how well they work. I won't be able to go to Korea to get the one you've shown here...but maybe I can find one that works as well AND has cute packaging. :))
ReplyDeletehahaha.. I can't find burt's bees around here so I came to that baby~ x) but my description is close to nothing near those expert make up bloggers T^T they're just so pro, haha.. but maybe I should, because life is short~ hahahah... and I actually bought some of them on Ebay ^^
