I know this is 14th of february, which most people celebrate it in pink. But that's just too mainstream so I won't talk too much about it, I just hope each and everyone of you get the love you all deserve! :D this world needs more love!
Anyway, let's just go down to the business...
Boring classes are indeed blessing in disguise, I am far more productive in it! I mean, if I am in my room, I'll spend the time lazing around, surf the net, sleep... sleep and more sleep... hahaha... (I just love sleeping too much), while in the class, I can't sleep, so there's not much I can do but doodling, here comes the blessing! Hahaha...
So basically, if you look at my book, I purposely chose the plain one (not lined) so I can draw all I want there. If I get the chance later I will scan it to show it to you how I never really take notes on what the professors say ( I copy them from my friends' later) and so my book is like a doodle book, hahahaha... I really should scan it somehow.
Anyway, here's one of the most recent artwork I made during a boring class... in which I am actually quite proud of this one, I think I can put it on a shirt or tote bag and just sell it, hmm? I'll do some research about that, who knows, maybe I can give it away on my birthday (the shirt/tote bag) or do you have other idea where should I put this on?
Anyway, me and my friend Nanette have this idea of doing a doodle project. It'll be a book filled with quotes and a matching doodle illustration.
I always love Albert Einstein's quotes, but for now, to celebrate valentine's day I have this one adorable quote...
What is the color of love?
Fluorescent color. Even if you’re around a lot of people, the person you love will stand out.
-GD of bigbang
I just love how smart his answer is, because normal people would say pink or red for being cute/pure or passionate, fluorescent is definitely something out of the box. So now it's your turn...
What is your favorite quotes?
Here's mine: "while in the class, I can't sleep, so there's not much I can do but doodling" ahahhaa

Even when classes are fascinating I doodle - I find it's the only way I can pay attention! Love your drawings ... and ahh, I have no funny quotes but I love: "We are all a little weird and life's a little weird and when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours we join up with them in mutual weirdness and call it love." - Dr Seuss :)
ReplyDeleteP.S. For some reason I could see that drawing on a pocket mirror or even an iPod/iPhone skin :)
